Cutting Steps:
Measure your pet dog's neck.
Cut the circular tube, make it suit for your pet.
Do not cut into the inside of the lamp!
Only cut the rubber ring.
Use the connector contact the collar.

This is the DIY charging collar. If the lights can't close. Please let it fully discharge and then recharge. Do not turn on the switch when charging.
The light bars need to be retracted.
